1) Scope & Who We Are

This Policy covers personal information processed by AM Software Solutions LLC when you use AMSS WORKS mobile and web apps, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). If a feature links to a separate privacy notice, that notice controls for that feature.

• Account & Profile: name, email, password hashes, role (client/pro), organization.
• Order & Subscription Data: service selections, package details, questionnaires, attachments, approvals, billing history.
• Professional/Hiring: skills, certifications, work preferences, availability (for pros).
• Payment Data: handled by our processors (e.g., Square). We receive tokens and payment status, not full card numbers.
• Device & Usage: app version, device type, OS, browser, approximate location (derived from IP), event logs, crash reports.
• Support & Comms: messages, emails, issue reports, call notes.
• Cookies & Similar: identifiers enabling sign-in, preferences, analytics, and fraud prevention.
• User Content: files, images, text, credentials you provide to complete projects.

3) Sources of Data

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device, and from service providers or business partners (e.g., analytics, payment processors, identity verification, or referrals).

4) How We Use Data

• Provide and improve the Services, including order fulfillment, milestones, and customer support.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Match clients with relevant professionals or trusted partners when a request is outside our scope.

12) Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect such data. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to delete it.

13) AI Features

Some tools (e.g., naming, captions) may use AI. We process inputs/outputs to provide and improve these features and apply safeguards to reduce risk. Do not include sensitive data unless requested for a secure workflow. Review outputs before use.

Third-party websites and apps are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
